Description:
User can give a target a donation using the currency the target is most familiar with.
User can choose the amount.
The money will appear in front of the target.
User can control the form of the currency. (specific bills / coins)
Drawbacks:
User's maximum output is 200,000 units of the targets money.
User cannot donate to themselves.
Extra Notes:
Current governments are looking for this user.
If found, they are to be kept in secrecy, and told they are quirkless.
