Description:
User's skin under their feet contains many miniature bubbles.
Said bubbles will allow the user to walk on water, no matter how heavy they are.
Drawbacks:
Only effects the feet.
Bubbles are fragile.
Should they burst they take a minute to regrow them all.
Users feet are a little more sensitive.
