Description:
User can summon a swirl of wind.
Wind swirl will appear when the user starts a flicking motion, right before the finger is released.
A small spherical pebble will appear in the wind swirl.
The pebble will shoot forward when the user completes the flicking motion.
The pebble is made of metamorphic rock, and ignores air friction / resistance.
User can choose how fast the pebble will be once fired.
Drawbacks:
Rock will still shatter against anything it hits, if physics dictates it should.
Pebble will have the same diameter of the finger the user uses.
User can only charge one on each hand at a time.
User will have to charge for a minimum of 0.5 of a second.
User can fire the pebble at a maximum of 900/s.
