Quirk: April Fools

Description:
User can summon and execute an endless number of pranks.
Said pranks can be whatever the user wants wants, with no limits.
Each pranks items are summoned, and additional resources are also summoned.
All summoned things will remain after the prank.
Drawbacks:
User must say the words "April Fools!" after each prank.
User can only use the quirk on April 1st.
