Description:
User can superheat gas that they come into contact within.
User is heat-proof.
Any superheated gasses will be contained in a liquid-like state.
User can release the containment, and control the plasma to do what they will.
The user can manipulate into any of the other 3 states of matter.
User can change the shape of it at will, even when its like a gas.
Any heat it lets off into the surrounding air, land, or water is taken into the users body, unless they want the heat to leak.
Combustible gasses will not be able to combust until it cools, or the user releases their control.
Drawbacks:
Plasma will only be generated from their hands.
Plasma will constantly cool from the surrounding temperatures, and return into its gaseous state.
Extra note:
Temperature release is highly deterred unless on a small scale due to plasma being 15 million degrees Celsius.
