User can absorb quantum energy which allows for a discharge of negative particles.
Said particles will take their negative mass in positive mass away from anything it touches.
User can regenerate their whole body in minutes.
User cannot feel pain.
Drawbacks:
Firing beam costs stored Quantum Charge.
Quantum charge will eat away at the user's mass.
More stored charge eats away at the body faster.
Regeneration stops if user is charged / charging.
