Quirk: Sword of Up
User can summon a sword that is empty in the middle.
Said sword will have a support beam at the hilt and guard intersection, and the guard and blade intersection.
The handle itself is still filled in.
The blade itself is golden, and is hollow.
Whatever direction the sword points in, gravity will go the other way.
Drawbacks:
Sword is summoned when the user turns 4.
User cannot summon the sword to themselves if they drop it.
User cannot desummon the sword.
Extra Notes:
Government holds the sword in containment, stuck in a concrete block which always has it pointing the right direction.
Orders are to take the sword, and tell the child they are quirkless.
