Quirk: Dot Laser
Emitter
Description:
User can summon multiple dots in a 10cm radius around their hands.
Each dot is normally 1mm in diameter.
When launched through any motion, the dot will travel in a straight line, impacting the first solid thing it touches that it cannot pierce through.
Dots can pierce through a thin sheet of metal when uncharged.
User can gather multiple dots together to charge them, creating a larger dot, multiplying the power.
User can turn at least 3 orbs into a ring around their wrists or ankles, and spin it around to charge it up.
The higher the charge in the rings, the brighter it grows.
When released, unlike the dots, the ring will pulse in pure force outwards from the palm / sole.
User can charge an additional ring on their back, which they can move to a limb as a second blast.
When overcome with hate, the user's orbs turn to 1/100th of their size, turn black, and exponentially grow.
When overcome with hate, the user loses all limitations on how many orbs can spawn.
Drawbacks:
User can only have 5 dots per limb active at once.
Should the user be overcome by hate, they will lose all their rationality, attacking everything that moves.
Pulse will redirect some force back onto the users limb.
Pulse cannot move limbs unless it is coming from the back.
