Quirk: Goblins Horn

Mutation

Description:

User grows a single blood red horn.
A second horn will grow after the user becomes 16.
Each full horn gives the user a strength, speed, and durability multiplier of 2.
User can break off a horn to create a weapon.
The weapon will change size and shape depending on the users will.
User will be able to control the mass of the weapon as well.
Broken off horns will grow back within 1 hour. Less if trained continuously.
Club can be disintegrated upon the users will.

Drawbacks:

The user must hold the handle of the club to change its size, shape, and weight.
The broke off horns will last a maximum of 3 hours, before disintegrating.
User must continuously keep the shape of the club in their head or else the club falls apart, and only the horn is left.
When a horn is broken off, the doubling effect it carried will wear off until the new horn fully regenerates in its place.
User can only use full-grown horns as the club handle. Anything less will leave the user with simply a broken horn.
Horns will take longer to fully grow if they are damaged while growing.

Extra Notes:

Horns harden extremely the moment it becomes fully grown, and unless more than half is broken off, it will still count as fully grown. If more than half is broke off, then it disintegrates, and regenerates from the start. 
The first horn grows from the right side of the forehead, and the second then mirrors its placement on the left.
The horns are connected to the users skull, but the user will not feel anything if the horn is broken off.
No limit to weight, or shape changing has been determined. 
The maximum size is 100 cubic meters. 
The horns are black, with red glowing outlines on all the edges.
The club is black, with dark red mist flowing just on its surface.
The user may gain purple veins when hungry.
