Mutation
Description:
User's body acts like a Newtonian fluid.
The body acts like a liquid when no force is applied, and can slip into the smallest cracks.
User can still walk around normally, and only will liquefy on command.
User can control themselves in the liquefied state by directing each bit.
User will regain semi-solidity when they want to, the forming place being where the user wants it to be.
Should the forming place not be available, the quirk will form the user wherever is closest.
The body acts like a solid when force is applied, and can block any amount of force.
User will regenerate all lost mass when in semi-solid form.
Drawbacks:
The body is rigid in solid form, and cannot move.
User cannot liquefy if in solid state, nor solidify in liquid state.
The user exerting force will cause the area giving the force be solidified quickly over time.
Lost mass that is regenerated in the semi-solid form will lose the user memories.
