Quirk: Record Link

Description:
User can connect to an indefinite amount of people.
Each recorded person will have their memories, quirk(s), experiences, and knowledge copied and transferred to the user.
The target will also gain a small buff from all the people linked, and for every new person linked as well.
User can break the link at will.
Should a linked person die, the link will take all their power and add it to the user.
Taken power is both on the knowledge, and physical front.
Drawbacks:
User must touch the target to link.
Breaking the link will cause the user to lose the quirk(s), and memories of the target.
The target will also lose their buffs after breaking the link.
All linked people will lose a bit of power for each broken link.
All ailments effecting the linked person when killed will be applied to the user.
