Quirk: King of the Cards, Master of All

Description:
User can copy 13 quirks in their immediate vicinity.
User can assign them to any of the 13 poker cards.
Ace is 1, and the royals are 11, 12, and 13 respectively.
Joker is any number they want it to be.
User doesn't have to pick them all at once.
The quirk will have its power multiplied by the card number.
The user will be able to know the quirks ins and outs as soon as they get it.
Mutation type quirks work like transformations.
Accumulation type quirks copy the accumulated force as well.Drawbacks:
The drawbacks of the quirks are also multiplied by that much.
User can only assign one quirk to each card.
User cannot remove a quirk once it's been assigned a card.
User must be within a 1m radius of the target.
