Description:
User can summon any cognitive entity from another world.
The entity will gain great powers depending on their dying wish.
User can control the entity by voice or like a puppet, or let them be free to do as they wish.
User can place any number of restrictions onto the summoned if they are allowed to do as they wish.
Drawbacks:
User can only summon those about to be killed, dying, or recently deceased.
User cannot control the gifts given.
User can only summon one summon per day.
If user lets the summon go with their free will and a maximum of 4 restrictions, the user can summon another immediately.
Restrictions are things the summons can't do.
User cannot force summons to do anything once released, even if a restriction states they can.
User can only add restrictions against the summons will when they are released.
Any new restrictions must have the summons confirmation.
