Description:
User can create a field around them.
Field will stretch up to 1km in radius.
User is immune to the effects of the field.
Any entities within the field will have their feelings magnified.
Any entities within the field will have their feelings thrown about.
Drawbacks:
User cannot increase beyond the 1km radius.
The field will effect everyone regardless of allegiance.
Extra Notes:
User is suspected for causing an orgy during a sexual movie screening.
