Description:
User can influence targets.
Influenced targets grow twice as strong in the same time as non influenced targets.
Influenced targets get their quirks temporarily get boosted as if they were on trigger.
Drawbacks:
Target must hear the user say the keywords.
Keywords are determined as the first word/sentence the user says after getting the quirk.
User can influence up to 50 people at once.
User cannot stop influence on anyone.
Extra Notes:
Users are to be protected for their safety.
User can choose who the keywords are directed at, so anyone who hears it but isn't the one the user selects will not get the bonus.
