Description:
User can create an unbreakable fortress that surrounds a target.
Target cannot use their quirk within the fortress.
Fortress area is a cube measuring 10 across.
Outside force cannot damage the wall.
Drawbacks:
Takes 30 seconds to activate.
Requires the target not to move 1m within the activation time.
Any attacks within the walls will break it.
Target can just walk out.
Target must be in the users sight.
