Quirk: Genetic Loyalty

Description:

User can mark any living target.
User can manipulate the targets genetics however wished.
The target will always develop anything that is missing, and necessary for survival so it doesn't die.
Marked targets will always be loyal to the user.

Drawbacks:

User has to touch the target to mark it.
If the target has strong enough will to not be marked, they will not be.
User cannot mark crabs.

Extra Notes:

Manipulated genetics take a few seconds to kick in, and the body will amalgamate itself without care for it's health or anyone's sanity.
All who witnessed the genetic transformation, excluding the user despite them being 4, have been sent to psyche wards for counselling.
Rehabilitation is iffy at best.
