User can mark pairs of people, and color their mark to distinguish it.
The pair will always find themselves by each other in any situation if its possible.
Both will gravitate towards the other, and always find themselves close to the other.
Drawbacks:
User must touch both people while thinking of the same color both times to link them together.
User cannot put more than 2 people in a link.
Neither marked individuals can be aware or else the link will break.
If either marked individual dies, the other marked individual will lose all their memories of the other person.
