Description:
User can cause the target to lose trust in anything the user wants.
User can cause the target to gain trust in anything the user wants.
User can change the targets degree of trust however they wish.
Drawbacks:
Will not work if the target knows the user has this quirk, or that the user is changing their trust.
User must be able to see target.
Target must trust the user a small bit.
