Quirk: Timeline Cinema

Emitter

Description:

User can teleport to the timeline cinema.
User can choose to rewind, reset, or continue the timeline.

Drawbacks:

All choices will kill the user, and except for continuing the timeline, the user will be recreated without memories.
User's body within the cinema will never decompose, and will gain a mark for how they died.
A film mark burned into the hand is a reset.
A handle mark burned into the hand is a rewind.

Extra Notes:

User will sometimes see the result before a reset or rewind they called within their dreams.
The cinema itself is like a movie theatre.
A large old film camera which is running an endlessly regenerating film reel is at the top of many steps.
All dead users will fall down the stairs and end somewhere.
Reportedly, they will begin to seat the lifeless bodies into the cinema chairs, watching the screen should the body count reach above a number.
Reportedly, a clock burned above the left eye means a continue.
To teleport, the user needs to start the quirk, and focus on maintaining the clock at their feet.
It needs to tick for 1 minute, and the user must cause each second to tick.
If the concentration is broken, the clock will dissipate and the user will fail.
Tearing the reel is resetting the timeline.
Rewinding it using the handle is rewinding the timeline.
Watching the screen for an extended period of time is continuing the timeline.
A phone, which is charging, is left next to the film reel explaining the functions and how their life has come to an end.
There are currently 52 bodies seated, and 27 all over the stairs.
