Description:
User can apply a mark on any target.
The larger their emotions, the faster passive regeneration the user has.
Should the emotions reach capacity, user can project a force to protect the target.
Drawbacks:
Emotionally devoid users cannot activate the quirk.
Mark can only target those who the user touch.
Mark will persist until that part of the body has been removed from the marked.
