The user can unleash a virus.
The virus is highly infectious.
Viral symptoms are highly symbiotic.
The virus will create a "quirk factor" within its infected.
The "quirk factor" is a bundle of genes that give the infected a certain power.
Powers vary from useless to world ending
Drawbacks:
A percentage of the population is immune to the infection.
The user cannot control the spread, nor the produced quirk factor.
The user can only use this quirk once.
The user can only effect one person when using it.
The symptoms begin at maximum, age 4.
The virus cannot infect someone older then 4.
The user will disintegrate immediately after.
Extra Notes:
The current immunity rate is 20%, but most are within the older generations.
The virus began at a glowing baby within China.
This file is marked for deletion.
The users remains, when spread onto an infected, are able to be spread out to begin a new virus.
The newest virus will cause all infected people to fall under control of the users consciousness.
All people who have fallen under the users consciousness will become hell-bent on destroying society.
The newest virus is equally infections, and no one is immune.
