Description:
User can cause a target to change over the course of 10 hours to become the opposite gender.
Target will remain that way until one of the two conditions have been met.
Condition 1 is that they willingly bear a child, or inseminate so that a child is born on a willing participant.
Condition 2 is if the target wholly wants to become their original gender again.
Drawbacks:
User cannot force the target to change back.
The change will happen if the user touches anyone skin to skin.
Quirk is always active.
Extra Notes:
Controlled within facility for same-sex couples to be able to bear a child or for trans people to be able to change their gender.
