Description:
User can summon a panel about anyone they can see, in person or not.
The panel can only be seen by the user, and is not physical in any way.
User can write anything on the panel simply by thinking.
User can delete writing on the panel by thinking.
The panel will show the written information without fail.
User will be able to see the panel no matter what is going on.
Drawbacks:
User must be able to see the person to open the panel.
Users panels will only show written information, and can only be edited when open.
User can only open up to 3 panels at once.
Extra Notes:
The panels are large black rectangles with a glowing edge.
The glowing edge will change depending on the users preferred colour and shape.
The panels colour can change to the users preferred colour.
The panel will begin at a size of 0.5m wide and 1m tall.
User can change the size of the panel whenever.
Writing on the panel will be white, but can also be changed to the users preferred colour.
Writing will begin in size 12, and have a font of times new Roman, but that can also be changed as the user wishes.
Should the words not fit in the panel size, a scroll bar will be added that the user can use to scroll through the writing.
