Quirk: Power Charge

Description:
User can charge some thing with power.
User can direct the energy they charged within the object they charged it inside.
When charged, the object will become harder depending on how much charge is bunched up at that spot.
Should the user not try to control the energy, it'll be spread across the object evenly.
If too much charge is within one spot, it will explode depending on the size of the area, and how much charge it had.
Drawbacks:
User must touch the object to charge and control the charge.
The more contact area, the higher the charging rate.
Extra Notes:
If the user is touching object 1, and object 2 is touching object 1, then the user can send charge to object 2 at a 10% loss of charge.
