Description:
User can summon a deck of poker cards at their disposal.
Each deck is a full deck.
The user can draw 2 cards off the top the deck, and add up the numbers.
User can draw another card or choose a target.
Target can be themselves or anyone they see.
If user draws another card, he gets the new card and adds it to the others.
The higher the number, the better the luck the target gets.
Drawbacks:
If the users number goes above 21, then the luck amount isn't the number itself, but 0.
If the deck is destroyed, then they can't use their quirk until they absorb a new set of poker cards.
User must be touching the new set of poker cards to absorb them.
