Transformation
Description:
User can transform their arms into pure fire.
Said fire is blood red and can burn anything.
Should the flames come into contact with anything organic, the organic thing will go alight, and will continue to burn until it is ash.
User is immune to the effect.
Drawbacks:
User is not protected against the heat their arms will produce.
User cannot transform their arms if their arms are broken.
User cannot control if it burns something.
Anything organic, alive or dead will light on fire.
Quirk will activate if user is frightened.
