Description:
User can release a pillar of blue fire 10m tall.
Said flame hot enough to burn tungsten to ash, meaning it has the temperature of the inside of a hot pocket.
The flame will turn anything not immune to heat to ash.
Each fire pillar will last 10 minutes.
Drawbacks:
User has 15 charges they can store up.
A charge is consumed every time they cause a flare.
A charge is regenerated every 10 minutes.
the fire pillar cannot be 10m radius away from the user at the time of casting.
User must be able to see where they are casting the flare.
