Mutation
Description:
User gains a third eyes in the middle of their forehead.
When open, the user will see the edibility of any material, if its toxic, and the effects of eating it.
User will essentially see everything about any consumable item.
The knowledge will show up above the food.
Drawbacks:
Quirk only works when third eye is functional.
Third eye itself is fragile.
Only shows the nutrition value of things the user could eventually fit in its mouth given enough time.
