Quirk: Every Day Quirk

Description:
User will gain a quirk for that day.
User can choose the quirk, or leave it up to chance.
Mutation quirks work as if they are transformation types.
Drawbacks:
User cannot choose the same quirk for 2 days in a row.
User cannot choose quirks they have not had in the past.
If the user steals a quirk they cannot choose it, nor will they keep it.
User will lose all gained quirks after 24 hours of choosing it.
User will only be able to choose a quirk after those 24 hours are up.
Only way for user to increase the quirks they can choose from is to let the quirk pick a random quirk to give to the user.
