A/N Hey all! Thank you guys so much for being so patient with me and overall just enjoying this fic! Let's jump in, shall we? Also quick trigger warning this chapter will talk about Isaac's trauma!

The chain snapped and suddenly it was as if hell broke loose. Sage and Stiles jumped up to see Scott ripping at his other chain. His face was full of rage and neither of them knew what to do. As if an instinctual reaction, Sage and Stiles both jumped forward, placing a hand on his shoulders. They didn't know why, but they weren't gonna let Scott lose control.

"Scott if you bite me I swear to god I'll kick your ass." Sage nearly growled at him.

"Okay, I guess we're gonna need to speed up the process of finding our anchors." Seraphina jumped up and clapped her hands together.

"Oh, you think Seraphina?" Stiles retorted, sarcasm dripping from his voice as he struggled to hold Scott still.

"Ignoring you because it's not the time. Your anchor is what grounds you to your human side. My anchor is my brother, and Derek's anchor is me. Think deep down. What makes you who you are? Is it your mom, the feeling you get when the girl you like smiles at you in the hall? What makes you human?"

The boys continued to fight their restraints but Seraphina could sense she was getting through to them. Stiles and Sage were still struggling their hardest to keep Scott in one place, but he was starting to break loose from their hold. Seraphina pushed him back into his spot so that Stiles and Sage could get a better grip.

"You anchor can be a thing, and event, a feeling, a person. It can be your best friend in the entire world. Whatever helps you hold on to that piece of humanity you kept after you were bitten. You all have one inside of you, and the sooner you find it the sooner we can get through full moons without the chains." Seraphina tightened the chains on Isaac and Boyd.

"This isn't working Seraphina! We can't hold them down til morning, we have to call your brother." Stiles yelled as Sage had nearly lost her hold on Scott once again. "We'll help them find their anchors when they're not trying to claw our eyes out!"

"Give her one more chance. Seraphina, you can do this. Your mom helped you find your anchor didn't she? What did she tell you when you felt like you being a wolf had stolen your humanity?" Sage looked Seraphina in the eye. She knew what it was like to lose your mom when you needed her most. Being a girl without a mom was hard.

Seraphina nodded slightly and looked at each of them. "When you're world caves in, what's the one thing that keeps you from falling apart. Now think about that thing, let it bring you back to your humanity. It's the thing that helps you get up every day. Think about it and hold it close. You boys have control, you just need to take it. We're predators, but we aren't monsters. We aren't evil."

Something Seraphina said had finally click. One by one the wolves transitioned back into their original state. They each looked so exhausted, Sage was sure it had taken a lot out of them to fight the chains. Scott let himself fall into his best friends' arms, thanking them quietly for everything.

"What the hell did we miss?" Evangeline said as she walked into the room seeing all three boys now being let loose.

After explaining themselves to Derek and Evangeline, the group of teens waited to hear a lecture. Instead Derek started clapping, leaving everyone absolutely shocked. Sage and Seraphina were both sure it was a joke. Evangeline smiled as she looked at him and it was clear something happened while they were on that hunt.

"Is this the part where he kills us all?" Stiles leaned over and whispered in Sage's ear, who punched his arm in return.

"Seraphina I'm proud of you. You remembered what Mom told you when you first came into your abilities, and you helped them fight the change. You did good." Derek walked over and placed a hand on Seraphina's shoulder and she smiled at him.
