I walk into the hospital and I run into Dr. Webber.

Delilah: Dr. Webber! Happy birthday sir.
Webber: thank you Shepherd.

I walk to the locker room and change then I start looking over patients.

Jackson: hey.
Delilah: hi honey.

As Jackson wraps his arm around my waist, we start talking.

Delilah: it wouldn't hurt to clean your dishes after you're done darling. It literally takes ten seconds.
Jackson: I don't like a filthy kitchen either baby, but it doesn't help that we have twins that are constantly hungry and piles the sink more. Dirty cereal bowls and crusty baby food spoons aren't gonna exactly tip the scales.
Delilah: it's not my fault we gave birth to baby hungry hippos.
Jackson: they eat like their mom.

I chuckle at Jackson as I look up and I see mom approaching us.

Delilah: mom!

I run up to my mom and give her a big hug.

Mom: how's my girl doing?
Delilah: better honestly.
Mom: you taking care of my son?
Delilah: of course.

I see Dylan's parents in the distance and I notice him with his parents and April.

Delilah: oh boy.
Jackson: can't imagine how awkward that is.

-later-

I get paged to CT by Bailey and I walk in to see her with Murphy and Mer.

Delilah: you paged Dr. Bailey?
Bailey: you are the only person I trust to scrub in on this with me. Take a look at this.

I look at the scans and my eyes grow wide.

Delilah: oh my god, is that...
Bailey: it is.

I let out an excited squeal as Webber walks into the room and we start bombarding him to look at the scans.

Webber: why do you need me to look at it?
Bailey: it's for your birthday.
Webber: no more talk about my birthday. I mean, there are fine surgeons working well into their 70s, and I am nowhere near 70.
Delilah: sir, just look at the monitor.

Bailey zooms in on the scans for Dr. Webber to see.

Webber: oh my word. I-i-is that a little leg? And a spinal column.
Murphy: it is.
Webber: it's a fetus in fetu.
M&D: it is.
Webber: the man absorbed his own twin.
Bailey: he did.
Webber: you know, in all my years, I've never seen one.
Bailey: neither have I!
Webber: well, hot diggity!
Bailey: happy birthday.
Delilah: happy birthday Dr. Webber.

-later-

Greg: I have a twin?
Bailey: you did– in utero.
Jodi: oh gross. He ate his twin?
Murphy: absorbed it.
Webber: or rather enveloped it. Greg, you developed around it.
Greg: oh wow. Oh wow. Oh, I'm gonna need a minute.
Jodi: is it dangerous? I mean, can it kill him?
Greg: Jodi.
Bailey: no. In– in many cases, it's harmless, but Greg's is the source of his pain, so that likely indicates that it will cause problems if it hasn't already.
Delilah: the good news is that we were able to schedule surgery today to remove it.
Greg: stop calling him "it"! Everyone needs to slow down. I just found out I have a brother.

-later-

Jackson and I are walking around with Dylan and he was ranting about his parents wanting April to sign a postnuptial agreement.
