By the time they got back home, holding hands and smiling, it was dinnertime.

The whole family was gathered in the dining hall before they returned. The family had already started eating, after noticing Anirudh and Bondita were missing from the house.

Sampoorna was seated at the table, one hand on her six month pregnant belly. There were many dishes that were made for her.

"Bondita Bahu didn't make the food today, she was busy," Trilochan said to Sampoorna as an array of dishes were laid on the table by Bihari and Koeli.

Sampoorna glanced at the dishes on the table and took a bowl of kheer. After eating a spoonful, she gagged.

"This is no good!" she complained, pushing the kheer to the side. "I can't eat this! Where was Bondita?"

"Busy," Trilochan said sternly, but he was happy because he knew exactly why his Bahu was busy.

He had seen Anirudh and Bondita leave the haveli hand in hand, and he wanted them to spend as much time as possible with each other.

"Busy," Sampoorna muttered, "I'm pregnant, and she's busy. What can be more important than taking care of me?"

"You have food don't you?" Trilochan demanded. "Are we starving you? No right? Eat something else if you don't like the kheer. There are many dishes for you to choose from!"

Sampoorna just grabbed something else from the table unhappily.

That was when Anirudh and Bondita walked into the kitchen happily, holding hands. Trilochan stood up with delight to greet them.

"Oh, Anirudh, Bondita Bahu! You're back! You came early!" Trilochan said gleefully.

Sampoorna saw Anirudh and Bondita's locked hands and was shocked. After one year of not talking to each other, they were holding hands again? How did the distance clear between them? Sampoorna thought that this time, they were so far apart from each other that they would never reunite! She thought that their love story was over.

"We just had kulfi Kakasasurji," Bondita said, about to remove her hand from Anirudh's, but he held on to her hand more tightly.

He wasn't willing to let her go now. Not after all this time apart.

She felt her cheeks flush when her Pati Babu didn't release her hand.

Sampoorna noticed this. She noticed the slight struggle of Bondita's hand, and Anirudh's firm grip on it, which refused to let her go. She saw the small smile and the blush on Bondita's cheek.

What exactly happened between them?

Even though she was pregnant, she didn't know if her child was going to be a boy or a girl. She had to make sure to get this family a boy before Bondita.

"Wow kulfi! Then the two of you must not be hungry!" Kaka said, sounding very delighted. "The two of you should go and rest! Nobody will disturb you."

Bondita glanced at the array of food in front of Sampoorna and her stomach grumbled.

"I'm hungry Kakasasurji!" Bondita said.

Anirudh just turned to look at Bondita with a smile, finding her adorable. She always had room for more food.

"Sorry I didn't make dinner today," Bondita apologized.

"No need Bahu! I know your Pati Babu needed you! Serving your husband is more important than everything else," Trilochan said, sounding very happy.
