Shore leave was amazing. It was a time to get away from the busyness of the Enterprise and just relax. You were with your boyfriend, Jim, at his apartment. It was morning and Him had planned something special for the two of you to do. When you woke up, he wasn't next to you. You got up and went to the bathroom. When you came out, you smelt something burning.

"Jim?" You asked.

"Yeah? I'm in the kitchen." He answered. You walked into the kitchen. It looked like he had tried to make breakfast. There was burned food everywhere. "I tried to make you breakfast. It didn't go well."

You laughed and hugged him. "That's a wonderful thought, Jim. But please don't cook again, we don't want you to burn the apartment down. I love the thought though."

"Great," he said kissing you. "I still want you to come with me later. I promise not to cook."

"Good, I'll get ready to leave." You say. "What exactly should I wear?"

"Just something comfortable." He answered.

You had gotten changed into jeans and one of your favorite t-shirts. You went back out into the living room. Jim went into his room to change. You two left and drove to a building.

"C'mon, you'll love this!" He said. The two of your went inside. It was an actual aquarium! You had never seen one of these before. You had never seen an ocean creature or a fish even. "This is one to the last aquariums on Earth. You've had an interest in ocean creatures and said you wanted to see some."

"Oh, Jim! You remembered! Thank you!" You said astonished. You and Jim walked around looking at sharks, fish and other ocean creatures. Eventually you two left and went back to Jim's apartment.

"What would you like to eat?" He asked looking in his fridge. Apparently, he didn't really like having a food replicator.

"Anything, as long as you aren't cooking!" You said teasingly. He rolled his eyes and smiled.

"Why don't I go pick something up. What do you want? I'm thinking Chinese food." He said grabbing his car keys.

"Anything, as long as its not spicy." You answer. Jim leaves and returns with a bag of food. After the two if you eat, he pulls you close on the couch. The two of you snuggle and watch a movie. You all asleep in his arms, while watching a romantic movie.

"I love you," Jim whispered, even though you couldn't hear. Today was perfect.

Sorry this one was pretty weird. I was using a random word generator. I got aquarium and Chinese so..... You saw how that worked out. That picture is the most accurate thing ever.
