It all started when you got a necklace. It was in a little box sitting beside your door. You picked it up and saw it had a note.

"To Y/N

I like you. I really do. I hope you like this necklace."

There wasn't a signature. It was probably a good thing, you weren't much for dating.

Three weeks later, you got a book and another note.

"Y/N,

I hope you like the book. I just guessed on what you might like. If your like me you prefer paper over PADD. I hope you like it."

The book was called Divergent. You had never heard of this book before. But, reading the back, it sounded interesting. You really wanted to know who was giving you these gifts.

Two weeks later, you found a single note.

"Y/N,

I've had a lot of trouble telling you my identity. That's why I left these notes. But I want to tell you now. I'm Pavel Chekov. I work on the bridge. I was wondering I you wanted to go on a date tonight? I know I sound pathetic leaving a note, but I'm sorry. I like you. I do. If you want to go on the date, please come to the cafeteria at 7:00 tonight. Thank you."

You nearly dropped the note. Pavel Chekov liked you?

You went to the cafeteria that night. As the note said, you found Pavel sitting alone at a table. Slowly, you walked over and sat down. Pavel jumped up startled.

"You came?" He asked shocked.

"Of course! I kinda like you too." You say looking at your hands.

"That's great!" He said grabbing your hands. "Would you like anything?"

"Sure," you say telling him what you want. He gets up to get the food. The two of you enjoyed your first date and will always remember it.
