Spock

The virus invaded Vulcan quickly. Vulcans were getting sick fast, no one knew a cure. Fortunately, for the Enterprise crew, it didn't effect humans. Although, they did have one half Vulcan on board, Spock. Spock wanted the Enterprise to help find a cure. Especially you.

"Y/N, we must beam down immediately. Vulcans could die from this." Spock said.

"Spock, I don't want you to go. Your 50% Vulcan. It could hurt you. I don't want you sick." You say approaching him.

"I'll be okay." He said quietly, kissing you.

"I'm just worried Spock. You need to be exceptionally careful." You say in between kisses.

"Well, isn't that sweet." You hear McCoy say. He walked into the transporter and stood facing the two of you. "Lets go. The sooner the better. Spock, I want you to stay here. "

"Doctor McCoy, I will not remain on the Enterprise while my people are sick." Spock responded walking into the transporter. You followed behind, grabbing his hand. You beamed down into Spock's old house.

His parents were waiting. Sarek wasn't sick yet, but was starting to show symptoms. Amanda, being human, was fine.

"Spock," Amanda started walking over to him. You stepped aside to let her talk. "Why did you beam down. You can't get sick. Who's that?"

"This is Y/N, my girlfriend. I beamed down to be loyal to the Vulcan people. What are the symptoms of this plague?" He answers. McCoy had already started scanning one Vulcan, that had been laying on a couch.

"Spock, it looks like the symptoms are fever, nausea, chills, coughing, sleep spells, and extreme head pain. I might actual have a cure for this." He said. "Mr. Sarek, with your permission I would like to test a possible antidote on this man."

"Go ahead. Any contribute medicine would be helpful. Even if if fails." He responded.

"Spock, Y/N, stay here." He said. McCoy started to talk into his com to the Enterprise.

"You two are dating?" Amanda asked. The two if you nod. Amanda smiles. "Oh wow, Spock! I knew you could possibly be even remotely human."

"Mother, Y/N is human and has taught me some human emotion. Although, I do not wish to be human, I prefer Vulcan." He answered. Suddenly he started to fall.

"Spock," you say. He fell down to the ground and woke up almost as soon as he hit the ground.

"Spock, are you alright?" Amanda asked helping you pick him up.

"I don't know. I have a bad headache." He responded. "I think I have the virus. "

No, you thought. This isn't good.

"Doctor McCoy will be back soon, lay down." Amanda told him. He laid down on the couch. Almost instantly he passed out and woke up again. You touched his forehead, it was burning up.

Eventually, Doctor McCoy came back.

"He got affected?" McCoy asked pointing to Spock. You and Amanda nod." I'll give him this "

McCoy shot Spock in the arm with a needle. "He should wake up in a couple hours. I'm going to go distribute it across Vulcan."

McCoy left leaving you and Amanda alone.

"Are you truly dating him?" She asked. You nod.

"Is he a good contributor to the relationship? Is he romantic?" She asked again.

"Yes, he's amazing. He even asked me out." You answer. Suddenly, Spock woke up.

"Y/N," he mumbled.

"I'm here Spock," you say moving close to him.

"My head hurts." He mumbled. " and I love you. I just want you to know that, incase I die."

"Your not going to die. And I love you too." You answer back. "You still need to rest." You say kissing his forehead.

"Alright," he said almost completely into sleep.

You got up and walked back over to Amanda. She was smiling.

"He truly loved him. Thank you for making my son relatively human." She said laughing.

"Oh I don't think anyone will get him human." You reply laughing. Even though Spock had gotten sick, this day had turned out alright.
