A/N: As of today, the 22/01/2022, I have seen Spider-Man: No Way Home.

PETER
The last 6 months have been crazy.

Mysterio appeared, turned out to be a imposter, died and in return he revealed my identity to the world.

I attempted to erase everyone's memory of me without erasing the memories of MJ, Ned, Happy and May.

My attempt opened up my universe to a multiverse worth of enemies as well as two other Spider-Mans who also happen to be named Peter Parker. My attempt also resulted in my aunt May dying in my arms.

The spell that I originally botched in order to get what I wanted was correctly casted which meant that everyone, including my girlfriend MJ and my best friend Ned, lost their memories of me as Peter Parker, not as Spider-Man.

A month ago, the spell that was correctly casted erased Ned and MJ's memories, so, I left them a message.

Pressing record, I put my phone down and sat on the only chair that rested in my apartment.

MJ
I pressed play on the video recording sent by an anonymous number. Ned held my hand as we both watched with confusion.

"Hey, MJ and Ned. You don't know who I am, but if you're watching this, then the spell casted by Dr Strange worked. Don't worry, I'll explain that later."

He seemed stressed.

"Anyway, 2 weeks ago, a multiverse threat, or threats, entered our universe and caused a rip in our universe. Luckily, two other versions of Spider-Man showed up to help. But, in order to save our universe, Dr Strange had to cast the same spell that I ruined the first time. This time, I allowed him to do it and I made a very important promise. I promised both of you that even though neither of you would remember me, I'd still come and find you. Well, this message proves that I broke the promise, but I just needed time to get back onto my feet. I lost everything that I cared about and I needed time to adjust."

He kept messing with his hair.

"What I'm trying to say, is, if I still believe that I can bring your memories back, meet me at our favourite spot in about an hour. I'll be waiting. My name is Peter by the way."

The video stopped. I looked at Ned, noting that the video was sent almost an hour ago. As he asked, we went to our favourite spot and he was there.

"A-Are you Peter?" Ned asked as we walked up to the man sitting on the roof.

"Yeah, I am." He stood up, shaking mine and Ned's hands. As his hand touched mine, a memory flashed in my mind.

The Opera House
"You look really pretty." Peter walked up to me, a smile on his face.

"And therefore I have value?" I spoke with a straight face, trying not to show how uncomfortable I was in the dress I was wearing.

"No? No, that's not what I meant at all, I was just-" He panicked, until I turned to him.

"I'm messing with you." I smiled while laughing.

"Thank you." I giggled as Peter laughed.

"You're welcome." He smiled lightly.

"You look...pretty too." I complimented him, seeing that he was trying to hide his red cheeks.

"I-If you go ahead, I'll go grab us a pair of glasses." He spoke as I walked off, strangely excited for tonight.

Blinking more than usual, I looked at him.

"Parker. Peter Parker." I remembered his name.

"M-MJ!" He hugged me before we both looked at Ned.

PETER (Present Day)
Restoring the memories of my two best friends and my only family was good. They both went off to MIT, as I couldn't go, considering that I no longer existed to the rest of the world. I sat on one of the three chairs in my apartment, my phone on the table as I waited for the call, the call that I would receive from MJ in 3...2...1...buzz.

Me: MJ, hi!

MJ: Hey Peter. Ned and I are just catching the train to your apartment.

Me: Why didn't you let me swing you back here?

MJ: The last time that happened, we landed on top of a bridge.

Me: Point made. Anyway, can you stop by the florist and get the white flowers?

MJ: Yeah. All good. I'm guessing we're visiting May?

Me: Yep. It's Christmas Eve.

MJ: Good. We've gotta go. See you later. Love you.

Me: Love you too.

Hanging up the phone, I waited for another 30 minutes before my apartment doorbell rang, signalling that MJ and Ned were downstairs waiting to be let up.

Letting them up, I kissed MJ passionately as Ned tried not to puke.

"Guys, what did we say about PDA around me?" Ned groaned as we laughed.

"I-I think it's time." I held MJ's hand. Ned followed MJ and I to the cemetery. Walking over to May's headstone, I placed the flowers in the vase that connected to her grave.
