A/N: Y/BF/N = Your best friend's name.

Y/N
You were so happy. Your best friend of 10 years had just had a baby. Of course, you were on the way to the hospital the next day, flowers in the backseat as you and Tom also discussed the idea of having kids.

You and Tom were engaged, and had been for 2 months. You were 3 months away from your wedding, which you were over the moon about.

Getting to the hospital, you found Y/BF/N's room, smiling when she held a baby girl in her arms.

"Congratulations Y/BF/N! I'm so happy for you!" I smiled, hugging my friend while her husband of 12 months held their baby.

"Thanks Y/N. Meet your niece, Mara." Her husband handed me the baby, my eyes welling up with tears.

"Hello Mara. It's your aunty Y/N and your uncle Tom. We love you and there is no way we aren't spoiling you every year." You held Mara, kissing her forehead.

Handing her back to Y/BF/N, you left the room, unable to hold back the tears of happiness that you had been holding back.

"You ok, Y/N?" Tom asked as he held your hand.

"Yes. I'm fine Tom. I'm just really happy for them. Y/BF/N has been wanting to be a mom since she was a kid." You smiled, sitting down on the seat outside her room.

"Tom. Tom Holland?" A nurse smiled as she walked down the hallway. Even those who spend most of their time at hospitals know who Tom is.

"Hi." Tom smiled. You smiled at the nurse as she stopped in front of him. I assumed that this nice nurse just wanted an autograph.

"It's nice to see you again." She smiled, confusing you. What had she meant by "again"?

Did Tom cheat on me with this nurse? You thought as you looked between Tom and the nurse.

"It seems like just yesterday you were here for Y/BF/N's first ultrasound. Congrats on being a new father to baby Mara." The nurse hugged Tom as he stood still, clearly shocked by what the nurse had just said.

You looked at Tom, eyes wide, mouth shut. Just before Tom spoke, Y/BF/N's husband Daniel came out, smiling, until he saw your face.

"What's happening?" He asked, confused.

"Maybe you should ask your wife that." You spoke, avoiding eye contact with Tom. You quickly made your way outside the hospital, leaving Tom, Daniel and Y/BF/N.

Racing home, as fast as the speed limit would allow you, you quickly rushed inside, grabbing suitcases and bags, stuffing them with everything that you owned. After 15 minutes, you had emptied your stuff out of most rooms, chucking everything into your car. Heading back inside, you grabbed your phone charger and laptop before you heard the front door close.

"Y/N, look at me, please." Tom spoke, causing you to cry.

"When did it happen?" You asked.

"9 months ago. It was the weekend you went to visit your grandmother." He didn't bother making up excuses.

"You purposefully cheated on me?!" You were angry.

"No! Daniel invited me to his place, Y/BF/N was there. He was called to work and I stayed there. Then...the rest is history." Tom sighed.

"So, you didn't purposefully cheat on me, but you didn't be honest and tell me." You crossed your arms.

"I didn't tell you, because it was a one time thing. It never happened again." Tom made up an excuse.

"It was a one time thing, and I believe that it didn't happen again, but it didn't happen again because she was pregnant with your child! When did you find out?" You asked.

"8 months ago. The day I found out was the day that she went for her first ultrasound." Tom was clearly ashamed of himself.

"I don't know what's worse. The fact that you cheated on me with my best friend, or that she ended up pregnant and you knew the baby was yours!" You cried.

"I mean, if you had told me that you'd slept with her, I might have been able to forgive you or somehow work through it. But you kept that from me and it got worse when she got pregnant. Maybe if you had told me that she was pregnant and it was your child, I might have agreed to help you co-parent Mara with Y/BF/N. But instead, you kept the fact that she was pregnant with your child from me and let me find out from a nurse on the day of your daughter's birth!" You screamed.

"You know what, screw you, and screw Y/BF/N. I hope that Daniel didn't have to find out the same way I did. The wedding's off." You removed your engagement ring, Tom now crying.

"Wait, Y/N! Please! Don't. We can work through this! We can find a solution! It was a mistake!" Tom cried, hoping that you'd give him another chance.

"Yeah. A mistake for a lifetime. I never want to see you or Y/BF/N again." You threw the ring at him, picking up the remainder of your things. Getting in your car, you drove off, leaving Tom with a new baby, but without a fiancé.
