A/N: Uses the song 'Mr Sandman' by the Chordettes.

Everyone who knew Y/N knew her parents. They were strict. Every time a boy tried to even ask her on a date, her father would scare him away. Because of her overbearing and protective parents, she hasn't had a boyfriend or even a friend who was a boy. That was until she graduated college. Finding a passion for acting, she made her start in the industry with a few independent and indie films, before she got her big break in a movie called 'In The Heart of The Sea'. During that movie, she became friends with Tom Holland, who had actually been her celebrity crush.

After a few more movies, and her connection with Tom, she landed a role in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Her friendship with Tom blossomed, but as they both grew up, she realised that her feelings for him were very real, but he might not have liked her that way.

So, every time they shared a movie, she'd repress her feelings, no matter what occurred.

One night, you laid on your bed, reading your favourite romantic novel. Feeling alone, with nobody to kiss you or tell you that they love you, you sighed, continuing to flip through the pages, feeling jealous that the main character was able to have multiple men at once.

As you read, a song popped into your head. This song perfectly represented your current feelings.

"Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream. Make him the cutest that I've ever seen. Give him two lips like roses and clover...then tell him that his lonesome nights are over." You sung, continuing to read your novel after you rolled over.

"Mr. Sandman, I'm so alone. Don't have nobody to call my own. Please turn on your magic beam. Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream." You had put down your book, your eyes glued to the ceiling as you thought about the perfect boy for you, who just so happened to be Tom.

TOM
Having trouble sleeping was something I had never experienced. I was always able to fall fast asleep within minutes of my head hitting my pillow.

Tossing and turning, I tried to find the cause of my sleeplessness. As I rummaged around my brain, the image of Y/N popped into my brain. Everything seemed to calm down. My heart was no longer racing. My thoughts were calming down and I seemed to fall asleep again. Why was the image of Y/N calming me down?

My eyes still closed, my brain stopped falling asleep again. This time, I had purposefully attempted to figure out why I was thinking about Y/N. I thought for a minute before a song popped into my head.

Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream. Make him the cutest that I've ever seen. Give him two lips like roses and clover...then tell him that his lonesome nights are over. Mr. Sandman, I'm so alone. Don't have nobody to call my own. Please turn on your magic beam. Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream.

As the song played in my head, the thought of Y/N singing it accompanied the song. I imagined her laying on her bed in her pyjamas as she read a novel, the song also playing in her head.

Who was she singing about? Was she singing this song to or about anyone?

I eventually went to sleep. My brain turned off, allowing me to fall into a real dream.

Waking up, my brain started singing the song again. This song stuck in my head throughout the day, even while I was rehearsing a scene for my newest movie.

You walked into the studio, making your way towards the set. You were rehearsing a scene with Tom today.

Time to keep repressing my feelings for Tom. You thought as you walked into your trailer, placing your bag down on the vanity.

Getting your script, you walked to the set, seeing Tom with his script in hand.

"Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream. Make him the cutest that I've ever seen." You heard Tom singing as you got closer to him. You were confused. You had been singing the same song the night before.

"Give him two lips like roses and clover...then tell him that his lonesome nights are over." You sang, hoping that Tom would notice. He did, and stopped singing.

"How do you know that song? I've never heard you sing it before..." You asked as Tom looked at you.

"It popped into my head last night. I started singing it and now it's stuck in my head." Tom explained.

"Huh. Weird. I was reading a book and then I started singing it..." You admitted, Tom's eyes widening.

It was time to film the scene. You and Tom had been through hair, makeup and costuming, allowing you and Tom to be ready.

You stood on the set, Tom in front on you as you both stared into each others eyes.

"ACTION!" The director yelled before the set went silent, allowing you and Tom to film the scene. It was a kissing scene. You and Tom hadn't kissed before now, not even in the rehearsal.

"I had a dream last night. I dreamt that you and I...we kissed." Tom, as his character Jake, spoke.

"You know it can never happen between us...right? The moment my parents find out, you'll never see me again and I'll be sent off to some private school that I've never heard of." You admitted, Tom looking sad.

"I don't care. I'm never loosing you." Tom (as Jake), pulled you in, not even hesitating to place a soft, yet passionate kiss on your lips.

You had always dreamed of kissing Tom, but you'd never imagined that your first kiss with him, let alone any boy, was part of a film, a film that would eventually be seen by millions of people.

The scene ended. The kiss was over. The director had yelled CUT. Heading back to your trailer, you were stopped by Tom, who seemed tired. He gently held your hand, stopping you from moving.

"Tom...what are you-" He didn't let you finish your sentence before his lips were on yours. This wasn't for a scene. This wasn't a rehearsal. This was real life. Tom was actually kissing you.

"W-What was that for?" You asked.

"That's something I've been wanting to do since last night. That song popped into my head, because I imagined you singing it. I'm assuming that you were singing it to me or about me?" Tom asked, your heart fluttering. You quickly nodded.

He smiled, placing another soft yet passionate kiss on your lips.
