Noah pulled you back to him, being aggressive enough to make your discomfort start to become fear. You shouted out in panic:
“I met someone else.”

Noah's face started out shocked but then contorted to disgust. You didn't mean to tell him about Josh that way but you would have said just about anything in that moment to stop what was happening.

You: "The same time I met you, I met another boy. Ive been out with him a few times-"

Noah cut you off with a laugh that made your skin nearly crawl off of your bones. You kept pulling your wrists, but he didn’t let go of you. He was holding your wrist hard enough that it had started to actually hurt:
“Tf do you mean you met someone else?”

You could feel tears welling up:
“I- I know. I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to hurt you.”

Noah: “No. Absolutely not. You can’t just be all over me 2 days ago and then today throw that all away all we have for someone you just met.”

You: “Noah! We barely know each other! We’ve only been out like twice. I know it sucks but I met someone and I- I really like him.”

He yanked you close enough that you could feel him shake as he snarled:
“You would really like me if you gave it a real chance and didn’t just throw yourself at every new guy you meet.”

You: “You’re hurting me, Noah!”

Noah: “I DON’T CARE!”

Suddenly you heard a voice boom behind you:“LET GO OF MY DAUGHTER, RIGHT NOW AND GET TF OUT OF MY HOUSE!”

Suddenly you heard a voice boom behind you:
“LET GO OF MY DAUGHTER, RIGHT NOW AND GET TF OUT OF MY HOUSE!”

Noah threw your arm down and jumped up behind you to save face with your very angry mother:
"We were just having a discussion. Sorry if it looked worse than-"

You mother wasn't having it when she quipped back:
"It looked like you were leaving."

Noah: "And I will-"

Mom: "Yet you haven't. My husband will be home any munute and you do NOT want to be here then."

Noah stared her and you down for a moment as if he was contemplating challenging her but turned to storm out afterall. You took a deep breath then collapsed into your mom’s arms.

You: "I- I'm sorry. I got home and he was on the porch and-"

Your thoughts were racing and you couldn't pinpoint exactly what you needed to or should say.

Your mom held you:
“Shhhh… shhhh… it’s okay, Sweetie. I’m home and you’re okay.”

You: "He was right, you know? I did meet him and meet Josh at the same time and I swear I didn't mean to... you HAVE to believe me that I didn't mean to lead Noah on. I was just getting to know him but then my feelings for Josh became so strong and there was no turning back."

Your mom tried to reassure you that you'd done nothing wrong but it only served to work you up even more.
