"Christ, what is it this time?"

You couldn't help but giggle at the sound of your husband's voice from downstairs, undoubtedly filled with frustration toward whomever was conversing with him on the telephone.

It was only eight in the morning, yet your husband's blood pressure had already been raised, and if the issue - whatever it might have been - wasn't sorted out soon enough, he was certainly going to snap.

But, such a pattern was not new, and it had become something that you'd grown acclimatized to for six years - starting from the moment that you'd first crossed paths with the four boys of the rock band called Queen.

And if it wasn't already clearly implied enough, you were married to one of those four boys, having wed the guitarist, Brian May, a little less than three years prior to the present moment.

Naturally, and subsequently, that made Freddie Mercury, Roger Taylor, and John Deacon your 'brothers'.

From the moment you had met them, they had truly become your family, and their love for you knew no bounds. Right from the start, it had felt as though the Universe had created the perfect plan for you, a blueprint that had been drafted well before any of you were birthed into the current life.

It seemed 'fated' - it had gone unspoken that there would be a more romantic form of love between you and Brian, and that your bond with the other three boys would be familial. There hadn't been any plans or intentions, within yourselves, for the story to unfold that way - it was simply as though nature had taken its rightful course.

Perhaps that was what made the five of you such a tight-knit family - how right it felt.

Ever since the boys had met you, you'd become inseparable, which meant that you'd quickly gone on to travel with them wherever they went. Whether it was a performance or a signing event, you were never too far away - and none of you would have hoped for it to have been any other way.

You'd been behind them, supporting them throughout their journey to stardom, and in turn, they showered you with eternal affection that nothing could ever take away. There was nothing that the boys wouldn't have done for you - nothing.

Loving you was the only thing they could ever agree on, because on every other front, they were constantly bickering - and at the present moment, Brian seemed to be doing exactly that with one of his fellow bandmates.

You'd just finished getting ready for the day when Brian had received the phone call downstairs, and now that you were making your way out of the bedroom, you were able to hear Brian better.

"Yes, Precious Bean is fine," Brian sighed, rubbing his forehead.

At the mention of that nickname, you immediately knew that Freddie was the person that your husband was speaking with, for 'Precious Bean' was the endearing nickname that he had adopted for you.

John and Roger also bore sweet terms of affection for you - the bassist addressed you as 'Sweetheart', and the drummer called you 'Princess'.

Brian was the only one that addressed you by your name, as if it were a sacred piece of writing - and that only made you love him all the more. He made you feel a certain way that no one else could, and you had the same effect on him.
