Should've Said No by Taylor Swift

Why won't you love me by 5sos.

"I was thinking of going through the canvasses again what you think?" He asks as we walk towards my apartment. We decide to take Washington Square since we need more tapes and picture varnish and the closest shop is near that route.

"What do you mean by going through?"

"As in you know to see everything's alright."

"Everything is alright. We made it didn't we?" I chuckle. We made the paintings then we wrapped it ourselves what's there to go through again.

"Yeah we did but I was just you know... what if we missed something." He offers and I frown. There is a look on his face as he looks at me as if he wants to say something more. I wait but he remains quiet.

"Even if we missed something it's not like we be able to do something now. It took us almost three weeks to finish those pieces what makes you think we can do anything in less than twenty four hours?" I ask.

He scratches his neck and opens his mouth to say something but again doesn't say anything.

"Is there something that is bothering you?" I ask and we stop near the shop. I tell the shopkeeper our order as I look at Alan for a minute.

"No...no. Well actually..."

"Here $14 dollars." Shopkeeper interrupts and I hand him the money before Alan can.

"I am paying because I need it." I tell him as I collect the change.

"But I used yours before. Also you spend most of your Liquitex on our canvasses." He retaliates.

"Yeah our canvasses."

"But..."

"Uh shush...no I already paid. Besides I have eaten at your house more than this varnish cost." I say and he laughs at me.

"For that my mom is forever grateful."

I just smile and put the stuffs in my bag.

"You were telling me something." I remind him and he sighs.

"It's just..."

I let out a low scream as we turn around the large plaid shirt I usually wear, the loose part of it gets stuck on the stand outside the shop making me fall backward on the floor.

"Jesus, you okay?" Alan rushes to my side and I nod my head, wincing.

"Yeah it's just..." I fall down again as I try to stand up. I pull the hem of my shirt, successfully not tearing it and getting out of death grip on my waist. I look at Alan and find his mouth twitching.

"I know that was funny but hey I didn't notice." I huff and dust my jeans. Few of the people laugh at me and I feel my cheeks flush. I see a boy with a phone in his hand and I hope he didn't take my fall in the video. People tend to capture anything these days. That was embarrassing but this is more.

Alan picks my bag as I straighten the stand which has name of the shop written on it. Ergo the reason I made people laugh. I look around to see if anyone is still watching when I find the person I don't want to find.

Just few steps ahead, in a shop stand Liam purchasing something. He doesn't notice me but I know he is Liam. He takes out his wallet from back pocket and pays. I notice what he bought. Cigarettes.

My mouth turns down instantly and I want to yell at the shopkeeper for giving it to Liam who isn't 21 yet—for not checking his ID. He lights the cigarette and puts it between his lips. As I watch him smoking it, my hands itch to go there and snatch it out of his hand and throw it down.
