L I A M

"Tell me what you did?" I ask again for what like nth time to Rose. We have been on road for ten minutes now with no particular direction or destination set in mind. 

"I did nothing." She replies the same.

"You did nothing to get this beer? Meaning you paid?" 

She remains silent and continues to drive. I stare her side face and see her turning away her face towards the window, staring outside.

"You robbed the shop." I say but the sudden application of brake applies by her shut me up. I notice her head still turned towards window. Did I irritate her? 

I tilt my head to look at her to check why she stops and find her looking at something. Outside the window. "What is it?" I question but then she steers the jeep and park it that way where she is much closer to the side. At this angle I can see the view of greenery, bushes and what appears to be a lake.

"You want to go there?" I ask.

"Are you not seeing what I am seeing?" She asks me instead. 

"Not much since you parked in a way where our view is pretty much blocked by a tree." I reply. The scene is visible but the clarity not so much. 

She sighs and does what traps my breath in my lungs. She pushes herself onto her seat, plastering herself there and grabs my forearm to pull me to her side. I almost fall on her tits but embrace myself by grabbing the window sill. I look at her sideway, but she doesn't seem unaffected, her focus on what she is trying to make me see. 

Taking my eyes away from her I look ahead and see figures near the lake. Not to far from lake, a car is parked which looks quite familiar. As I focus on those figures, I count and there are three people to be precise.

"Are they those crackheads?" I ask Rose resisting myself to not look at her.

"Indeed they're."

"And we are spying on them because?"

"Because don't you think we should do something?"

"No I don't think so. I think you should drive from here."

"Since when are you such scaredy cat?"

"I am not. You know what has happened last time and besides why do you need to do something? Let them be."

"Wow Father Liam is taking over in you." She mocks me and I finally look at her. So close to her face and her scent that is spinning my senses.

"Rose." I warn her with my eyes but it's frustrating to not be able to see her eyes. She smirks and uses her lips to lick the corner of her mouth.

"Yes Liam?" I can sense in her tone that she has planned something and is hellbent on executing it.

"We are leaving from here." I order.

"But we just got here. Don't you think I am allowed to have some fun?"

"You had your fun while robbing that shop. It's enough for today."

I see her pouting and can say for sure she just rolled her eyes.

"That was nothing Mom. Now be a good boy and assist me."

"I do not like the sound of it."

"But I like the sound of it." She counters and that shut my mouth.
