Mafia 1 (oneshot)

So what is my life like? 

My name is Ming Yui. I'm in my last year of high school thus I'm 18. I'm quite the quiet girl and I don't have friends. 

Am I unhappy? Well not really. 

With my headphone and books, I explore a lot more than with narrow minded friends. I have good grades and intend to enter university next year. It's only the beginning of the year and I really have to keep up my hard work. 

The class were completely mixed so friends aren't together anymore and you can see people complaining through all the hallway.

My life seems average as you can see. 

School, reading, listening to music... Nonetheless, my family is quite...peculiar you could say. 

I have 7 people taking care of me since I was a child. 

We grew up together but they all are older than me. I don't know anything related to my parents. I just know that my 7 caretakers are mafias from the important gang Shadow. 

Important as being the leader of this underground business.

 They have a few legal businesses that also work amazing. They are filthy rich. I can ask for anything I want. I just have some rules I have to follow.

1. Don't Lie

2. Don't Disobey

3. Inform us where you are every hour once you are out of the school.

4. No boyfriends

5. Family is first.

Breaking those rules meant being grounded of course and I never got grounded. 

I find these rules accurate for now and I don't know how I would get a boyfriend anyway. 

We are close, like...very close. If they are at the mansion, they choose what I wear and they feed me. Pecks on the lips are also normal between us. When I was a kid I didn't mind, now it's a bit weirder but they are family so... I let it go. 

They never got angry at me. If they are angry they avoid me. The only thing I'm perfectly sure of is that they treasure me a lot. I always have new clothes and the latest phone in my hand even if I told them that I don't need it. 

I'm not a spender and that's also one thing that annoy them a lot. I sighed. This week-end I have to go shopping with Hobi oppa and Jimin oppa and I don't want to. But I can't disobey.

"Look its quiet girl!"

"She's so creepy"

"Yeah but she's so pretty"

"She's not!"

"Quiet as always." A voice suddenly said and you recognized it as Lee Mark. He was working for your family and he didn't know about you. 

In fact, except the maids at the mansion and some bodyguards, nobody knew. I didn't necessarily keep it as a secret, but I also wasn't advertising that I was property of the Shadows. 

I ignored him and he chuckled.

"We are in the same class this year" I raised an eyebrow not surprised at the fact

"Darling why are you talking to her?" Irene, the queen of the school glared at you

"Irene, I'm not your boyfriend, so stop it." Mark said annoyed

They bickered and I escaped. I entered the class and sat in the third row, on the window side. I always sat there alone and found it very calming and usual. Like a safe place. Someone plopped down next to me and I looked at him surprised.
