Werewolf 1.4: Love

It's been a month.

A month of learning to love the North pack.

A month to learn that I could trust my mates from the bottom of my heart.

I lean against Hoseok in complete trust as he has an arm lazily laying around my stomach. During that month, I've been working on my werewolf and on my Omega senses. According to Elder Kim, I would only get my instinct when I shift.

Healing was mastered. Instinctively.

"You sad?" Hoseok whispers in my ear

I nod my head. It's today that we are saying goodbye to the humans. We've learned side by side and especially Noah, Victoria and Eliot have become amazing friends. Chaeryeong is now going out with Justin too. 

Tiffany is again with Tobias, surprise, surprise. Nicolas is sulking and made a lot of remarks that had his nose broken before the end of the trip.

"Be safe." Chaeryeong and Victoria hug me tight as I walk toward them squeezing Hoseok's hand one last time

"I always wanted to try a foursome." Chaeryeong whispers

I blush. Knowing full well that she know what the marks around my neck mean.

Harmony is starting to accept the link. It's hard, but she can feel their presence now. Despite her wolf not really reacting, she always felt them...their wolves. She met the three of them and was accepted by the three wolves. That day she was feeling so happy that she couldn't help but cry of happiness. Noah had told her it would be alright, but she still had been insecure.

However, today, she felt...strange. Her marks were hurting. When they were near, the marks were usually pulsating, but here they were hurting. Clearly so. She tried everything: massaging them with calming herbs, putting a cloth with ice...but nothing worked. 

She also felt unusually hot. It was morning, she had taken a good breakfast and her mates always came by to confirm that she was dressed warmly enough.

"Hey." Victoria came in with a smile before frowning "What's going on?"

"I don't know...I just feel bothered." I grimace unable to remain seated "I'm hot. Like my body temperature is usually high, but not that high. I'm not sneezing, but I do have shivers." I shake my head

"I'll call IN." Victoria puts a hand on me and takes it back quickly "Whoa you're really hot."

"Told you." I say "Thank you."

When IN arrives with Victoria, his first reaction is the latest I was ready for. He slams the door. And he locks it. I can hear him panting behind the door. Moreover, Victoria doesn't understand either.

"You're...You've started your heat." IN grits "Your scent is all over the place. You're unmated. It's going to be a mess."

"IN-"I begin and I can hear that my voice is sultrier...much lower than usual.

"Fuck. Don't. I don't have a mate...You are calling out with all the unmated Alphas with that scent. It's worse since you are an Omega."

I widen my eyes, but I soon feel my legs weaken. And I feel hotter. And not just body temperature. An incredible need that I didn't notice before is growing in me. I don't recognize it and I whimper as the pain is huge.
