VampirexMagic 1.3 : First Council Meeting

The next day, it's pouring cats and dogs outside. Of course, I forgot my umbrella. We don't have class on the campus but in another building at the other end of the city. We usually take the bus, but I knew that with the weather, there wouldn't be so much of them.

"Go ahead." I pushed Paula "I need to talk to the professor."

"Sure?" She asked.

"It's not water that will hurt me." I chuckle as I wave at her.

After half an hour of discussion, I sigh as I check on my phone.

'No buses.'

Of course, there isn't. I look outside and the water dropping to the ground is not really appealing. Not appealing at all in fact. It's polluted. I can use my ability to shelter me from the water but not from the dirt that is inside of it. I curse silently as I stand in front of the door.

I'm going to get sick for sure. I could ask my mother of my father. I know they are both busy. I curse the weather.

"It's just a little bit of rain." I assure myself. No, Elina. It's pouring. POURING.

I hear someone clear their throat behind me and Jungkook is standing there. Since last night, fairies and vampires meddled together to the absolute shock of the professors. Getting drunk together was the way apparently. However, I didn't talk with Jungkook again.

"You need help?" He asks.

"No, I'm just...going to walk. I must go back to the University for something." I sighed thinking about the book I had to give back to the library today latest.

"Someone is picking me up." Jungkook looks at me "He won't mind making a stop at the University."

At the same moment, a black Mercedes parks near the entrance. A man, with a beauty difficulty to describe, steps out of the car and opens the door.

"It's really pouring outside." He turns around "You're ready...oh?" He looks at me.

Again. This feeling of knowing him, when I know that I don't. I look at Jungkook embarrassed as the stranger looks at me up and down. Seokjin has difficulties taking his eyes off that girl. She looks... cute and smells divine. It takes him a solid minute to get used to her presence as she looks even cuter her cheeks getting red as she notices his eyes on him.

"Elina. Jin Hyung." Jungkook introduces "Elina wanted to go back to the University by foot." He looks at Jin.

"With that rain?" Jin raises an eyebrow at her.

"I'm a water fairy." I smile "It won't hurt me." I try making a sidestep but Jin blocks me.

"We're driving by the University to go back home, it will hurt me if you refuse a ride." He looks at me dead in the eyes.

I open my eyes to refuse again when one of the professor I don't really like appears. Jungkook observes Elina tensing up as the professor passes by and gives her a smile. Observing her from head to toe. Not like a professor should do to a student definitely.

"An issue?" He asks "Can I be of help of you, Elina?"

Elina shivers and Jin feels the repulsion she has for that professor.

"She was about to go back to University with us." Jin puts his hand on Elina's lower back as Jungkook gets closer to her "Have a good day, Sir."

"Good day." Elina says as Jin pushes her out.

I just get in the car as Jungkook covers my head and Jungkook goes to the back row. He sits in the middle and leans forward.

"That was awkward. Who was that?" He asks.
