Vampire 1.6: Love

I look at Taehyung for a second. And for a second I'm wondering why I think that vampire and humans need to be equal. The unequal system where the ancient blood lines overrule every existing rule is tiring.

"You know, Elizabeth's and Amandine's execution were on the same day. They were friends and told everything to each other." He continues "I remember my father talking about them with a sad smile." He whispers

I look at Taehyung.

"The execution..."

"They all were agreeing." Taehyung nods

It was a general choice. It was a choice that all the leader made. And everything is telling me that they knew that she was pregnant at the time. I don't know the law about supplies enough. I walk away from Taehyung, but I hear his steps behind me. I step inside the library and I look at Mika who's drinking her tea.

She knew.

I don't know why, but there is an inside voice telling me that she knew. That Elizabeth was pregnant. I stop myself at the counter and she smiles at me kindly. I don't know anymore, but I need to play smart.

"As I've become a supply, I think that...I need to know about the rules that supply should follow." I smile

I disregard any other fact for now. I don't want to realize that I've a relationship with any of the ancient blood lines. Mika nods and she gives me a law book entitled "The Supply". Fitting. I sit down at one of the table on the lower floor giving her an awkward smile. I flip the pages slowly and then I see it. Supplies aren't allowed to get pregnant by their owner. I read the sentence.

"Do you need help with something?"

I whip my head and close the book at the same time as I see Moonbyul standing there. She raises an eyebrow at me.

"No." I say "I'm good."

"But you are really pale." She frowns

"It's anemia." I counter "I'll go to the cafeteria and drink something."

I give the book back to Mika. I know that Taehyung is still following me around, but I don't pay him any attention. However, there are a few students that start to whisper around me and when I turn around I see that both Moonbyul and Taehyung are following me. 

I turn back around and step inside the cafeteria. I take a bit of chocolate cake. And I sit down.

Everything seems complex. I don't know what to do. I don't know if I'm paranoid either and I'm not Elizabeth's daughter. I have no proof that it is the case. But the name. Everything seems to fit. The time also fit perfectly.

"If you talk, it'll be easier for everyone else." Namjoon's voice startles me

I realize that I've been lost in thoughts and that the whole ancient blood line squad as arrived. Moonbyul is also there. Jimin stands a bit further away. They all sit down. And I feel like I'm going completely crazy. Since I arrived here in the capital, there is nothing that makes sense in my life anymore.

I arrived as a Rank C orphan.

I'm now a Rank S. Possible daughter of a traitor.

"I think that the capital is getting to my head." I say

"So what?" Yoongi asks

"I want to go back to my hometown." I say looking at them "I want to go back to Birmingham."

"You can't quit the school." Jungkook shakes his head "You are under the protection of the Ancient Blood lines and the imperial family since you are a Rank S. Moreover, you can't break the link that you have with Jimin Hyung." He continues
