Alex looked in on the Jane doe while Addison was in the room."How is she doing?" Asked Alex softly

"She's holding steady, has anyone claimed her?"Asked Addison

Alex shook his head sadly "No, she's still a Jane doe. I'd notice." He said looking up to Addison, his gaze was soft "and Blake would notice.."

Addison furrowed her brow "Huh?"

Alex chuckled lowly "If you went missing, Blake and I would notice. You're her friend, she cares about you. And well.. yeah.. we'd notice—" his pager went off, when he stared at it, his stomach dropped , without saying a single word he ran off.

George sat on the steps near the OR board looking at Chris's picture. He stood to his feet and looked at the board and noticed their was a seven year old boy in surgery.

When he reached his wife's OR he opened the door "Callie?"

Callie looked up to her husband "O'Malley I'm working what do you want?"

George wasn't put off by her attitude "I read on the board you're doing an internal fixation of the lumber spine on a John Doe from the ferry crash, age 7" he stated

Callie nodded slowly "Right?"

George nodded and walked into the room "can I see his face?"

Callie stared at him incredulously "I'm in the middle of surgery"

George nodded "I know, I know but please tell me it's this boy" he said holding the picture up "please I've been looking for him the entire day, so I need you to tell me—""

Callie stopped him "Hold it under the light" when George did "oh yeah I'd recognize those goofy ears anywhere."

George breathed a sigh of relief "it's him?"

Callie smiled "Yeah it's him.."

George went to speak again but his pager beeped, his eyes widened and he ran from the OR without any explanation.

Meredith's trauma room.

Blake stood there with her soaking wet scrubs clinging to her body, her eyes were dull "They put a 20 gauge IV in but I think it blew." She said brokenly

"Blake I'll start a central line, but you have to get out of the way. You can't be in here.."

Blake didn't pay attention  "We put 3 milligrams of epi down the ET tube...—"

"Blake !"

"That was three minutes ago, we should push.." she continued, when Richard entered Blake didn't even hear him speak.

"Think we should push just one atropine...I think I saw some reactivity in the pupils before the atropine and I think...she might have actually had some cardiac..."

"Carmichael! Out"

More tears rolled down Blake's cheeks "We need to put an external pacer on just to be sure." She muttered she only looked away when hands cupped her cheeks, she looked right into Alex's watery dark brown eyes.

"Princess .. come back to me . Listen they're going to do everything they can to save .. to save her so .. you need—""

Blake let go a choked sob

Baileys wiped away her own tears "Karev get.."" she didn't get to finish the sentence when Alex leaned down and lifted her bridal style and took her outside into the hall. He brought them a few feet away before he sat down and let Blake sit between his legs. Her breathing was erratic and he knew the signs, she was having a panic attack..
