Police station

"Opening two."

Blake was examining her latest friend "Mm.. it doesn't look too bad, though if it gets any bigger you should see a doctor yeah?"

"Oi Doc the pretty boy ain't here for you today?" Asked on the the inmates.

Blake turned to see a very upset Meredith. "and she looks pissed"

Blake licked her lips "On second thoughts." She looked to Thomas who was standing by the cell "How about I spend a few more hours here?"

Thomas snorted "bail is already paid for doc." He shrugged.

Blake sighed inwardly "Sure man, I'll keep this in mind ." She warned and turned to Meredith "Hello love."

Meredith turned on her heel and stalked off. While the inmates were oohing and ahhing quite juvenile but she did get to see Meredith's cute butt on their way out, she passed her favorite receptionist with the intention to pick up her keys.

"Alyssa." She grinned and leaned over the desk "My keys?"

Alyssa stared at the doctor "Not this time sweet cheeks." She replied sweetly

Blake blinked "what?"

Alyssa snorted "Keys and your car been taken to the impound, you're lucky they didn't take your license , it's the fourth time." Blake winced when she was absolutely sure Meredith heard it.

Blake groaned "Alright, alright. Just.. let them know to impound it last, I'll be around to pay whatever the amount is." She pouted "could you please do that?"

Alyssa narrowed her eyes playfully "Am I never going to see you again?"

Blake smiled lightly "Am I not the best part of your day? I'm hurt, and here I thought we had something special."

Alyssa and few officers laughed while Meredith watched the interaction with an unreadable expression "Blake, when you're done?" She said impatiently.

Blake sighed "Well ladies and gentlemen, it's been a good one, I'll see y'all around." She saluted and walked from the station ignoring Meredith's eyes. Though the moment they entered the car. She sat in the passenger side while Meredith started the car up.

"The fourth time? You've been in jail four times for reckless endangerment?" She hissed "and you didn't bother to call me? Instead every time I asked you lied and said you had an errand to run?"

Blake dropped her head against the window "It's not a big deal; it's not like I was driving while under the influence. I'm completely sober"

Meredith hands tightened around the steering wheel "What .. what is going on with you Blake? Ever since the shooting ..and you waking up."

Blake licked her lips "Make sure you're home before seven today okay." She said jumping out of the car when Meredith pulled to a stop at the hospital.

Making Meredith watch her as she disappeared into the hospital with a sad sigh.

Conference room

"What happened after Dr.Kerpner entered the office Blake?"

Blake pursed her lips "Do you think lobster or maybe steak is good idea for dinner tonight?" She asked instead.

Andrew blinked "I'm sorry? Are you asking me on a date?" He asked chuckling.

Blake looked at him "What? Oh no I was just thinking about what to cook for my wife for dinner tonight, she loves steak but she also enjoys lobster. Lobster is great but that means getting to the wharf for a good quality lobster." She glanced at her Apple Watch "and it's way past the time to get a great lobster."
