"There we go!" With one more swing, you defeated the moblin on your side, and you heard a bomb explosion that killed the moblin on Link's side. "You're safe now, Yunobo." You said as you walked up to the cannon, and the young goron let down his protection and smiled with a sigh of relief.

"Thanks for savin' me, goro! I would've been in real trouble if you hadn't shown up when you did." He grinned, and you bowed your head to me. "Hm... Still no sign of Boss, eh?"

"I'm afraid he won't be coming today." You told him, and he gasped.

"Huh? Not coming? But why, goro?!"

"His back is still hurting. Apparently the medicine didn't last him much." Link explained, and Yunobo sighed and shook his head.

"After we went through all that trouble to get them... the painkillers didn't even end up working, goro..." He looked back at the city, a bit disappointed that his efforts bore no fruit. "Well, if Boss can't help, there's nothin' else we can do. I suppose I'll just head back now..."

"Wait a minute," Link stopped him as he turned to leave, and the goron looked back with an eyebrow raised. "We can help. We've managed to appease and free all of the other Divine Beasts, and now it's time for us to do the same for Rudania."

"You're going to board that thing?!" He asked, and you both nodded. "Who do you think you are... Lord Daruk? It's dangerous in there, goro!" He looked up at the beast, worry on his face. "Why are you trying to free all of the Divine Beasts anyways? Only the champions could enter those things!"

"Because we are champions." Link told him, and he gasped a bit. "I'm the hylian champion who wields the Master Sword- well, I don't have it back with me yet, and _____ is the-"

"Scroll wielding champion! I've heard legends of you two from my dad!" He exclaimed, and you and Link exchanged looks. "But then where's the princess who holds the Triforce? Zelda, I think her name was?"

"She's in Hyrule Castle holding down Calamity Ganon until we get there. We need the other Champions freed first." You told him, and he nodded. "Mipha, Revali and Urbosa are free, and we just need to save Daruk before we head to get the sword and take down Ganon."

"So wait... does this mean the champions are still alive?!" Yunobo lit up a bit, and while you hated to dim his excitement, you had nothing else to say.

"I'm... afraid not. But even though they may have been killed by Ganon, they are still by our side helping." He sighed and nodded, and then you looked at the bridge. "Is that the Bridge of Eldin?"

"Yeah, but here's the problem... good ol' Boss raised the bridge to make sure that mean Divine Beast couldn't get over here. In order to get where Rudania is, we'll have to find a way to get the Bridge of Eldin back down, goro. Boss would normally use the cannon to lower it... Ugh, we can't get across unless we figure somethin' out! If Boss can't come down here, then he can't use the cannon to lower the bridge. That means we're out of luck, goro!"

"Link, you used it to free Yunobo earlier, right?" You nudged the hero, and he nodded. "Yunobo, Link used the cannon to free you from the mine. He might be able to use it to lower the bridge."

"Really? You think you can do that?" Yunobo asked, and Link shrugged and walked up to the cannon.

"I can try." He got in position, but not before Yunobo ran to the front of the cannon. "What are you doing?"

"I'm gonna do what I do to help Boss! I'm gonna be the cannonball!" He got himself in position, and you and Link looked at each other with worry before glancing back to the champion descendant.

"Are you sure?!" Link asked, and Yunobo nodded with a smile.

"I've got Daruk's Protection, goro! My ancestor's help can't possibly fail me! That means I can smash into anything and it won't hurt me one bit, goro!" He showed off his shield, and Link looked amazed by seeing it again. "My ancestor, Daruk, was a big deal, goro. That's what Boss says, so it's just gotta be true!" He leaped inside the cannon and got ready. "You can do it!"
